As the CEO of a growing franchise operation, Mr. Assal also serves as the de facto Franchise Coordinator, overseeing key aspects of franchise development and support. 


His role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring franchisees receive the necessary guidance, training, and resources to thrive within the Vitalé network.


A core aspect of his role is franchise support, where he addresses inquiries and provides guidance on operational procedures. He works closely with franchisees to help them understand and implement company policies, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards.


Mr. Assal also leads onboarding and training, coordinating the onboarding process for new franchisees. He develops structured training schedules and allocates resources to ensure a seamless transition into the business. 


Additionally, he facilitates comprehensive training sessions covering treatments, marketing strategies, and operational best practices.In terms of operational oversight, he monitors franchisee performance, ensuring compliance with company standards and conducting assessments when necessary. 


His ongoing support includes providing resources that help franchisees meet their sales, marketing, and operational goals.Mr. Assal also plays a pivotal role in marketing and promotions, collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns tailored to franchisees’ needs. 


He ensures franchisees have access to promotional materials and strategies aligned with the company’s overarching goals and local market trends.


Communication is another key aspect of his role. He fosters strong relationships with franchisees through regular engagement, organizing meetings, webinars, and conferences to share best practices and encourage collaboration.


Finally, Mr. Assal oversees reporting and analysis, preparing detailed performance reports, tracking trends, and gathering franchisee feedback. By analyzing data, he identifies opportunities for improvement and growth, ensuring the continuous evolution of the franchise network.Through his leadership, Mr. Assal ensures that every franchisee has the tools, knowledge, and support to succeed, reinforcing the strength and consistency of the Vitalé brand.
