The initial investment cover the following four components:

1. Franchise Fee: $15k

This fee grants you the rights to operate under the HBH SkinCare brand and access to the established business model It covers initial support and resources, including legal documentation, brand guidelines, and the Franchise Operating Manual. 

2. Equipment: $42k

This investment is directed toward purchasing essential equipment/devices (including 3 HIFU machines), supporting supplies/products, essential furnitures, and much more.

3. Marketing: $36k

This budget is allocated for marketing initiatives over an 18 months period which includes digital marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Yelp, and traditional marketing venues. 

4. Current Client Database: $25k

Franchisee will receive access to Halé Beauty Hawaii’s proprietary client database, which includes over 400 individual clients, with a repeat client rate exceeding 30%. This fee covers the transfer and use of the client data for marketing and operational purposes within the designated franchise territory.

The database is designed to integrate seamlessly with the WIX platform, including its website, online reservation system, email marketing, and CRM tools.

5. Licenses & MD oversight Approval: $25k

This fee covers the procurement of required regulatory approvals and licensing necessary for the franchisee to operate a Halé Beauty Hawaii location offering HIFU services.

6. Initial Training: $7k

This cost covers (4 day) comprehensive training at our Hawaii facilities that include treatment knowledge, operational standards, marketing strategy, and much more. 

HBH SkinCare provides initial training in our Honolulu, HI facility. This is performed before the beginning of franchise operations and is part of the coordinated time-line start-up process.

HBH SkinCare pays for a 4-night stay at local hotel/Abnb and rental car for this duration. The Franchisee/Representative pays for round-trip airline ticket to Honolulu, HI. We make arrangements for airport pick-up upon arrival and return to the airport and provide daily lunch and snacks during the training course. We recognize that the trip to our Honolulu facility can be long and tiring. Therefore, we anticipate beginning training the day after arrival unless unforeseen circumstances appear. It is important that franchisee is rested and focused in order to absorb the instructions and training. This will make the course much more effective.

HBH SkinCare can accommodate training for up to 3 representatives from each franchisee.
